'Ahaa' Water Park is a recently opened water park that focuses on family entertainment. There is a wave pool that generates waves of up to 3.5 feet and an octagonal slide with an overflowing mushroom in the center. There is ’a lazy river' so to say, where a constant current ensures your cruising along the banks or step under the 30-foot high water fall that spans 20 feet. The kiddies too have a pool. Guindy Snake Park adjoins the children's park. A wide collection of snakes from around the country, pythons, vipers, cobra etc.
ANNA ZOOLOGICAL PARK, The Zoo at Vandalur houses animals from all around the country, adding to the excitement are the elephant rides & the safari. The park is a 30 km ride from city near Tambaram.

BIRLA PLANETARIUM, A Sky theatre with a seating capacity of 236, it also has a science & technology exhibition centre. Located near Anna University campus.
