In recent past, a number of incentives have been announced by the government and all procedures and formalities have been simplified. Our 10th Five year plan is to commence from 1st April 2002. It is going to lay greater emphasis on the development of agriculture and allied activities as well as on infrastructure especially power, road, and rail transport and communications.
